When we purchased our Colts Neck farm, it hadn't been farmed for 30 years. The land, once vibrant and productive, lay dormant, waiting for a new chapter.
With unwavering determination, we embarked on a journey to restore the farm to its former glory. It wasn't just about farming; it was about reviving the land, breathing life into the soil, and nurturing a thriving ecosystem.
